Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 1–5 business days after we receive your order. If delivery is expected to take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods and public holidays.

Delivery Options

You can choose to have your order delivered to your preferred address or to your nearest collection point. Your receipt and withdrawal form will be included with your order.

Exchanges and Returns

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to our exchange policy. For online purchases, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. Certain items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside Norway, please contact us at info@langaard.no. We will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution. Separate shipping rates and delivery terms apply to international orders.
