Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. Please review it carefully to ensure that all details are correct and match your order. We will then contact you to confirm your order and the expected delivery time.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, either in full or in part, if a product is sold out or unavailable. Should this happen, we will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices in response to changes in pricing from our suppliers.

There is a national/international warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We represent various brands, and the warranty is valid at all authorized retailers around the world. The duration of the international warranty will vary from brand to brand. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or flaws, but does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

When shopping in Langaard's online store, you can choose from several secure payment methods:

Orders are normally delivered within 1–5 working days of receipt of your order. If delivery is expected to take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holiday periods and public holidays.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Norway. You can choose to have your order delivered to your preferred address or to your nearest collection point.

Your receipt and withdrawal form will be included with your order. Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to our exchange policy. You also have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At Langaard, we want you to feel confident when shopping in our online store. We comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by contacting us at info@langaard.no or by using the withdrawal form provided with your order.

Certain products, including items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This may include bespoke jewellery and engraved items.

You may examine the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

If you have not received the legally required information about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with Norwegian law.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Gift Returns and Exchanges

If you have received an item as a gift, the original receipt and withdrawal form will have been provided to the purchaser.

Gifts may be exchanged in our store or through our online store, subject to our exchange policy. Alternatively, you may request a credit note by contacting us at info@langaard.no.
