Once we receive your order, you will be sent an order confirmation. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check that it matches your order. We will then contact you to confirm the order and delivery time.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it if the product is sold out or unavailable. We will then contact you with a solution.

Prices are constantly changing, and we therefore reserve the right to price changes resulting from updated prices from our suppliers.

There is a national/international warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We represent various brands, and the warranty is valid at all authorized retailers around the world. The duration of the international warranty will vary from brand to brand. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or flaws, but does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

SECURE PAYMENT

When you shop in Langaard's online store, you will have the option to choose between several secure payment methods. These are your choices:

• Payment with Vipps, VISA, AmEx, or MasterCard.
• Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@langaard.no to have an invoice sent to you.

Normally, you will receive your item 1-5 business days after we have received the order. Should it take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible. Delivery times will be somewhat longer during holidays and public holidays.

We offer free shipping within Norway, and you choose the address where you would like the item delivered. The receipt and cancellation form will be sent along with the item. The item can be exchanged for another item within 14 days of the purchase date, or it can be returned to the online store in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. We offer free shipping on all orders, and the item can either be picked up at your nearest post office or delivered to your door.

If you reside abroad or wish to have the item delivered outside of Norway, please contact us at info@langaard.no so that we can assist you. For such shipments, other delivery terms and prices will apply.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop in Langaard’s online store, you should always feel completely secure, and we comply with the Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act.

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to purchases of goods and certain services online without providing a reason, by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the item and the withdrawal form. Notification of the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to us before the deadline expires and can be given in any way. There is no right of withdrawal for special orders or engraved items. The item must be unused. If you have not received a withdrawal form upon delivery of the products, the deadline is extended to three months. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it (read more under "Return of goods").

If you have questions about the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, or other rules that concern you as a consumer, you can contact the Consumer Council in your home county. Information can be found at www.forbrukerradet.no.

If you have received an item that was ordered incorrectly or that you do not wish to keep, you may return the item to us. Please refer to the right of withdrawal form that was sent along with the item. This form must always accompany the item when you return it. Items can be returned to us if there is a defect in the item, if you have received the wrong item, if you have received items you did not order, or if you regret your purchase.

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

When an item is returned, it must be unused and sent in its original packaging with all labels attached. Protective plastic, prices, and tags must also not have been removed. Any return shipping costs must be paid by you.

If you have received the item as a gift, the right of withdrawal form and receipt were sent to the person who paid for the gift. The item can either be exchanged for another item in our store or you can exchange it via our online store. You may also choose to receive a credit note.
